Hospital Care
Our physicians are on staff at Carolinas Medical Center (704-355-2000), Presbyterian Hospital (704-384-4000) and Carolinas Medical Center, Pineville (704-534-2000). However, we do not deliver babies at Carolinas Medical Center, Pineville.

Cancellation Policies
To best serve all of our patients, we require 24 hours notice if you will be unable to keep a scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us will result in a $25 fee.

Prescription Refills
If you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy. Please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be filled. We cannot refill prescriptions on weekends, holidays or after office hours.

Lab Results
Lab and test results requiring immediate attention will be reported to you by phone. Other results will be reported by mail or via the Labcorp website or result phone line.  Our office will instruct you during your visit.

Billing and Insurance
In order to better serve you, a copy of your insurance card is needed at each visit. All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.

We participate in many insurance plans. Billing questions may be directed to our centralized business office at 704-377-5612 or 704-377-5614 weekdays, from 9am - 4:30pm. Insurance will be filed for the covered portion of charges for surgeries and deliveries. Patients will be responsible for any portion of charges not covered by insurance. For routine office visits, a payment receipt will be provided so you may file for reimbursement with your insurance company.
