Office Hours:
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Appointments can be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by calling 704-377-5675.

To best serve all of our patients, we require 24 hours notice if you will be unable to keep a scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us may result in a $25 fee.

Locations:
Mintview OB/GYN is conveniently located in Charlotte at 2801 Randolph Road, across from the Mint Museum of Art. (View map of Randolph location)

Prescriptions:
If you need authorization or a prescription refill, please call during office hours. We cannot refill prescriptions on weekends, holidays, or after office hours.

Managed Care Affiliations:
Our practice participates with these managed care organizations:   CLICK HERE for a list of participating managed care plans.

If you are a new patient, please bring all insurance information to your first appointment if you are a new patient.

For patients covered by insurance carriers other than those with which we have contracts, we request that you pay for the services when they are rendered. Insurance will be filed for the covered portion of the charges for surgeries and OB deliveries. Patients will be responsible for any portion of charges not covered by insurance.

For routine office visits, you will be provided a payment receipt so you may file for reimbursement with your insurance company.

Hospitals:
Our physicians are on staff at Carolinas Medical Center, Presbyterian Hospital, and Carolinas Medical Center, Pineville. However, we only deliver babies at the two downtown hospitals, Carolinas Medical Center and Presbyterian Hospital.

Emergencies:
In the event of an emergency, call our office at 704-377-5675 and explain the nature of your problem to one of our staff, who will consult with your physician. You will be instructed what to do.

If an emergency occurs after office hours, call our answering service at 704-377-5675, and a Mintview physician will be contacted. You will receive a return call as soon as possible.

Your physician will be contacted if you find it necessary to go to the emergency room at Presbyterian Hospital or Carolinas Medical Center.
